• Data Use: Inferenciq accesses and uses SP-API data (including but not limited to Sales Reports, Traffic Reports, Inventory Reports, and Order Data) only for the explicit purpose of providing analytics, insights, and automated "Why Engine" functionality to you, the seller, within our secure platform. We do not use this data for any other purpose, nor do we share, sell, or export it to any third parties, except as required by law.

• PII Handling (Personally Identifiable Information): Our Service is an analytics platform and is not intended for shipping or order fulfillment. We will not request or access PII (such as customer names or shipping addresses) unless it is programmatically unavoidable for a core function. In any such event, all PII is treated as highly sensitive data, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+), and is automatically and permanently deleted from our live systems within 30 days of order fulfillment, in strict accordance with the Amazon DPP.

• Data Security: We implement and maintain industry-leading physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect all Amazon data. Access to this data is restricted on a strict "need-to-know" basis to authorized personnel only, for the sole purpose of maintaining and improving the Service.

• Data Retention & Deletion: Non-PII Amazon data is retained only as long as necessary to provide analytics and services to you. You may request the full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at pranjal@inferenciq.in. All data will be securely and permanently deleted upon request, in accordance with the Amazon DPP.
